Cancellation policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your appointment at Boho Blonde Chicago. However, to ensure that we can accommodate our clients' needs and maintain our schedule, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be applied.

In the event of a no-show appointment, a charge of 75% of the scheduled service cost will be applied.
